The Best Faire Account Management Services in 2026

If you want someone else to run your Faire account, you have seven real options in 2026: software like Overjoy, Faire-specialist agencies like Parker-Lambert, Candid Founders, and Brand Caffeine, enterprise marketplace operators like CPGIO, a virtual assistant, or a commission-only managed service like Opener. Monthly cost ranges from roughly $125 to just under $2,000, plus commission models that cost nothing upfront.

Full disclosure before you read further. We make Opener, and Opener is on this list. We have tried to write the version of this page we wanted to find when founders started asking us who else they should talk to. Every price below comes from a public page or a named published source, with the date we checked it.

What Faire account management actually covers

"Faire account management" is not one job. It is six, and almost nobody does all of them.

Catalog and listing work. Product titles, descriptions, imagery, collections, and the keyword hygiene that determines whether you show up in Faire's internal search.

Faire search ranking. Faire runs its own discovery algorithm. Brand score, review volume, response time, and lead time all feed it, and you cannot manage any of that without reading your marketplace data properly.

Retailer discovery and outreach. Finding stores that should carry you and actually contacting them, on Faire and off it.

Sample handling. Sending samples, tracking who got what, and following up before the buyer forgets you exist.

Reorder chasing. The unglamorous one. A first order is not a customer. Reorders are where wholesale revenue actually lives.

Reporting. Knowing which accounts are growing, which have gone quiet, and what to do about it.

Read the list again and you will notice the split. The first two are marketplace optimization, the middle three are sales, and the providers below tend to be very good at one half and thin on the other. That distinction matters more than price when you are choosing.

The seven options side by side

Every number in that table is repeated in the section for that provider below, with its source.

DIY plus a virtual assistant

The honest baseline, and the option most brands under $10K a month on Faire should seriously consider. You pay an hourly rate and you get exactly the output you specify.

What works: listing updates, sample logistics, data entry, and chasing reorders on a schedule. These are checklist tasks and a good VA does them reliably.

What does not: anything requiring judgment about which store is worth pursuing, how to answer a buyer's objection, or when to walk away. You are still the strategy, and the real cost is not the hourly rate. It is your management time.

Overjoy

Software, not a service. Overjoy is an AI-powered wholesale CRM with lead search, automated outreach sequences, pipeline management, sample tracking, and reorder predictions, with native Shopify and Faire integrations.

Pricing needs a caveat. As of August 2026, Overjoy's pricing page no longer lists dollar amounts; the tiers now route to a free trial or a sales conversation. The last public figures we can source are $125 a month for Lite and $210 a month for Pro, reported by an independent review in early 2026. Both tiers ship the same feature set and differ on seats and monthly contact credits (300 versus 1,000 new contacts). There is also a managed enterprise tier with a dedicated account manager and outreach strategist.

Who it fits: brands with someone in-house who will actually log in daily. The tool is good and the wholesale-specific workflows are genuinely better than a general-purpose CRM.

Where it falls short: on the standard tiers, you are still doing the work. An independent editorial review from Wholesale In a Box called the monthly fee the main barrier and noted the fee "makes Overjoy out of reach for many of our makers." The same review flagged that lead quality varies a lot by product type and that contact data needs verifying. We compare the two products directly in Opener vs Overjoy.

Parker-Lambert

A full ecommerce agency with a dedicated Faire practice, and the only agency on this list publishing tiered pricing you can actually compare.

Basic runs $900 a month for brands under $10K in monthly Faire sales. High Volume runs $1,200 a month plus 2.5% of sales for brands above $10K. Both carry a six-month minimum, with month-to-month available for an extra $50 a month. The work covers dedicated account management, collection curation, brand score monitoring, listing and store page optimization, promoted listings, and email campaigns for repeat orders.

Who it fits: brands that want a marketplace operator and are also on Amazon, since Parker-Lambert covers Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, and Google Shopping from the same shop.

Where it falls short: the six-month minimum is real money before you know if it works, and the scope is marketplace-shaped. If your growth needs to come from independent stores that are not shopping on Faire, this is not the tool for that.

Candid Founders

The most expensive dedicated Faire option, and the most complete inside the Faire ecosystem.

Pricing is $1,950 a month, with bespoke pricing for brands over $1M a year on Faire. Notably, there is no lock-in and no minimum term, described as a monthly rolling partnership. Scope covers lead generation and list cleaning, cold email campaigns, nurture newsletters, segmentation, listing and SEO optimization, store page work, account health checks, plus strategic input on fulfillment and margins and access to a designer. Onboarding starts with an audit and weekly calls, tapering to fortnightly then monthly.

Who it fits: brands already doing real volume on Faire where a percentage point of conversion is worth more than the retainer. At $1,950 a month you need Faire to be a meaningful channel already, not a hope.

Where it falls short: it is a Faire service. Your distributor relationships, your independent accounts, and your non-marketplace wholesale are out of scope.

Brand Caffeine

A Faire optimization service run by people who describe themselves as Faire sellers. Scope is search ranking through SEO, listing and collection optimization, smart discounting, verified lead outreach, review generation, competitor reports, and analytics dashboards.

Who it fits: brands whose problem is specifically visibility inside Faire, where more of the right retailers finding you organically would solve it.

Where it falls short: pricing is not published. You book a consultation to find out. That is normal for agencies, but it makes an apples-to-apples comparison impossible before you are already in a sales conversation, which is worth knowing before you spend the half hour.

CPGIO

Not a Faire specialist. CPGIO is a multichannel ecommerce operator with 3PL fulfillment, running Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, and 40+ marketplaces for a reported 600+ CPG brands. They added Faire in late 2025 via a Shopify integration.

Who it fits: brands large enough that Faire is one line item in a multichannel operation, and who want fulfillment and marketplace ops from the same partner.

Where it falls short: if Faire is your main wholesale channel, you are a small account inside a large operation. Pricing is not public.

Opener

Ours, so read this section with appropriate suspicion.

Opener is full-service wholesale account management delivered by an expert team through software. The model is a rep for every store you sell into, not just the top ten. We pull orders and buyer conversations from Faire (built-in app, one-click setup), Shopify B2B, QuickBooks, Gmail, and UNFI and KeHE distributor reports into one record, then a dedicated agent works the whole book daily and revives the accounts that went quiet. Pricing is commission-only. No retainer, no setup fee. The entry point is a free Faire analysis that audits your last twelve months in five days.

Who it fits: brands who want accounts actually worked without carrying a fixed monthly cost, and brands whose wholesale extends past Faire into independents and distributors.

Where it falls short, honestly: we are not a Faire listing SEO shop. If what you need is someone to rewrite your product titles, tune your collections, and climb Faire's internal search, one of the agencies above will do that better than we will. Commission models also mean we are selective about which brands we take, because we only get paid when it works.

Key Takeaway

The split that matters is not price, it is marketplace optimization versus sales. Agencies make your Faire storefront convert better. Software and managed services get more buyers in front of it. If your listings are strong and nobody is finding you, an SEO-focused agency will not fix that. If you have traffic and it is not converting, more outreach will not fix that either.

How to choose based on your constraint

Most people arrive here with a constraint, not an open budget. Here are the honest answers by situation.

Under $10K a month on Faire and cash-tight. Do it yourself, or a VA on a tight checklist. At this volume a $1,950 retainer is a bet you cannot cover, and a $125 software subscription only helps if you will actually use it daily. Fix your listings and your response time first, both of which are free.

Faire is your only channel and it is working. An agency retainer is the right shape. Parker-Lambert if you want published pricing and lower entry cost, Candid Founders if you want depth and no lock-in and the volume justifies it.

Faire is one channel among several. A Faire-only agency will optimize a slice and leave the rest untouched. You want either an operator covering all your channels or a managed service that works accounts wherever they are.

You want tooling, not a vendor. Overjoy. You will do the work, but the wholesale-specific workflows will save you real hours over a generic CRM.

You cannot carry a fixed monthly cost. Commission-only is the only model on this list that costs nothing when it does not work. That includes us, and it includes Parker-Lambert's High Volume tier, which is partly commission.

You already have a rep or broker. Do not layer a service on top. Overlapping outreach to the same buyers reads as chaos from the buyer's side and it will cost you accounts. Fix the rep relationship or replace it, but do not run both.

What none of these fix

Worth saying plainly, because it is the most common reason a brand hires one of these services and churns four months later.

None of them fix a product that is not selling through. If your sell-through at the store level is weak, better listings and more outreach will just get you more first orders that never reorder. That is expensive churn, and it is worse than no orders because it burns the retailer relationship too.

None of them fix Faire being the wrong channel for you. Faire is excellent for gift, home, apparel, and shelf-stable specialty food. It is much weaker for refrigerated, frozen, and anything with a short code date. If your category is not on Faire in volume, the answer is not better Faire management, it is reaching independent retailers directly, or a different marketplace entirely, which we break down in how Faire, RangeMe, and SFP compare.

And none of them are a substitute for knowing your own numbers. Every provider on this list will ask what a new account is worth to you over twelve months. If you cannot answer that, you cannot evaluate any of their pricing.

Common Mistake

Hiring two providers who both contact retailers on your behalf. A Faire agency running email campaigns while a rep or service works the same buyers means one brand showing up in a buyer's inbox as two uncoordinated conversations. Buyers read that as disorganized, and it costs accounts. One owner per account, always.

How we compiled this

Every scope claim above came from the provider's own public pages, checked in August 2026. Parker-Lambert's and Candid Founders' prices are published on their sites and were verified on that date. Overjoy's are not; their pricing page no longer shows dollar amounts, so the figures we cite are the last publicly reported ones, from an independent review in early 2026, and are labeled that way. Brand Caffeine and CPGIO do not publish pricing at all, and we said so rather than estimate. The third-party assessment of Overjoy comes from Wholesale In a Box and is linked in that section.

We have not used all seven services. This is a comparison of publicly stated scope and pricing plus our own read of who each model fits, not a hands-on test. Pricing changes; we re-verify this page quarterly and the last-checked date is above.

We make Opener. We put it in a table ordered by business model rather than preference, gave it the same word count as everyone else, and named what it does not do. Judge whether we succeeded.

Frequently asked questions

Who can manage my Faire wholesale accounts

Three categories of provider. Faire-specialist agencies (Parker-Lambert, Candid Founders, Brand Caffeine) handle listings, SEO, and campaigns inside Faire for $900 to $1,950 a month. Software (Overjoy) gives you the tooling to do it yourself, last publicly priced at $125 a month. Commission-only managed services work your accounts with no fixed fee.

What does Faire account management cost

Roughly $125 a month for software at the low end up to $1,950 a month for a full-service Faire agency. Parker-Lambert sits in between at $900 to $1,200 a month plus commission on the higher tier. Commission-only services charge nothing upfront. Three of the seven providers on this list do not currently publish pricing.

What are the alternatives to Overjoy

If a subscription in the $125 to $210 a month range is the barrier, the alternatives are a commission-only managed service that charges nothing upfront, a VA on hourly, or a Faire agency if you want the work done rather than the tooling to do it. If the barrier is that you want it done for you rather than the price, an agency or managed service is the right shape.

Is a Faire agency worth it for a small brand

Usually not below $10K a month in Faire sales. At $900 a month, an agency needs to add roughly $3,000 to $4,000 in monthly revenue just to cover itself at typical wholesale margins. Below that volume the cheaper wins are your own listings, your response time, and your lead time, all free.

Can one service manage Faire and my other wholesale accounts

Faire-specialist agencies generally cannot, since their scope stops at the marketplace. Multichannel operators and commission-only managed services can, because they work accounts wherever they exist. If Faire is under half your wholesale revenue, this question matters more than price.
